Rudorwashe Matsenga is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in administration, project management, operations, and risk management. Rudorwashe started her career as a banker in 2000, and gained valuable experience in financial operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Rudorwashe has successfully led and supported various projects for Tasimba Properties since 2023, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills that enhance organizational efficiency and performance. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, now the Chartered Governance and Accountancy Institute in Zimbabwe (CGAIZ)
