BACKGROUND

Patrick is a Projects and Business Lawyer and a Partner at the Pan African law firm, AB & David Africa. His area of focus includes advisory work on infrastructure projects from real estate deal structuring, development & finance, Public Private Partnerships(PPs) as well as Mergers & Acquisitions. Patrick has advised on some of the groundbreaking deals including the recently listed Nedbank Depository Receipts on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, as well as lobbying for the legal framework for Real Estate Investment Trusts(REITS).

He also is a part-time Lecturer Advanced Corporate Law at the University of Zimbabwe
